Wireless Technology

Wireless
is a term used to describe telecommunications in which electromagnetic waves (rather than some form of wire) carry the

signal over part or all of the communication path. Some monitoring devices, such as intrusion alarms, employ acoustic waves at frequencies above the range of human hearing; these are also sometimes classified as wireless.

Wireless technology is gaining ground because of its low cost and ease-of-use. We all are familiar with radio and phones that use wireless technology. There are many more possible practical applications for wireless and the breakthrough developments happening in this field are set to revolutionize the future.

------------------

For me, Wireless technology has become a major part of our everyday lifestyle. We can use it at home, work in transferring files and in companies. Our University is using a Wireless Technology called WiFi, it enables us to connect to the internet anywhere in the University: Think of it if we doesn't have Wireless Technologies, yet we do things the hard way, we cant do other things related to technologies. That's why Wireless Technology is very important for us.

Cloud Computing - Cloud computing is a general term for anything that involves delivering hosted services over the Internet. These services are broadly divided into three categories: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (Iaas), Platform-as-a-Service (Paas) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The name cloud computing was inspired by the cloud symbol that's often used to represent the Internet in flowcharts and diagrams.

-----------------
For me, One good example of Cloud Computing is a Client and Server, like those computer shops there : it is managed by a Client & Server.

Virtualization

Virtualization is the creation of a virtual (rather than actual) version of something, such as an operation system, a server storage device or network resources.

-----------------
For me,
Virtualization can be used by home users to bring many technical and support benefits, as well as helping to save energy too.
